Knife Gate Valve

High-performance flanged knife gate valves, short through-knife type, for severe field applications in mineral processing and pumping in pipelines, with an exclusive double-resilience seal design with very low purge during actuation.

The valve has an exclusive actuator concept integrated into the bonnet, with an integrated knife guard in accordance with NR12.

This integrated concept reduces the weight of the valve by up to 40%, providing greater safety in the field during maintenance, anchoring in the pipeline and installation.

Our valves are offered with:

– knife guard, in accordance with NR12;

– waste collector (optional);

– inductive sensors for end-of-stroke position coupled with protection, which can be installed in front or on the sides of the valve;

– seat retention flanges;

– double-layer composite paint (epoxy + polyurethane) in the standard Leeds color or in the customer’s standard color.
