HPU

LEEDS Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) are specifically designed for industrial use, to work over time, with an oil reservoir and AISI 304 stainless steel tube. Our design is for a reservoir with the upper part welded to the body, with a side cleaning cover, allowing it to work in the field without water penetrating the reservoir.

Two sets of electric motors and gear pumps are mounted on the upper part of the reservoir, the first in operation and the second on standby. The pumps are located at a high level on the upper part of the reservoir, allowing for better maintenance, without the risk of oil contamination.

Our Units can be configured with:

– Pressure accumulators allowing fail-safe coupled directly to the reservoir or separate;
– Heat exchangers;
– Electrical panels/Interface and coupled or remote control;
– HPU measurement and protection instrumentation according to customer requirements;

– Painting with 2 layers of Epoxy paint and 1 layer of PU paint in standard LEEDS colors or customer colors;
– Protective roof;
– Oil containment tray;
