Pneumatic Panel

LEEDS pneumatic panels are designed in a dynamic and optimized way, using as the main power supply a water and condensate separator filter, with a filtering capacity of 40,000 l/min. This volume allows us to design panels with up to 12 solenoid valves for simultaneous activation, without compromising the efficiency of the system.

LEEDS has an exclusive sub-base design with the capacity to mount 2 or 3 valves simultaneously, which allows a combination of 2, 3, 4, 5…..12 valves. Both sub-bases have individual power for each valve, allowing individual blocking.

The LEEDS ISO 2 and 3 sub-base model makes the panel compact, allowing a 30 to 40% reduction in the size of the panel, depending on the configuration, which provides a reduction in the number of panels installed in the field when using the 9 and 12 valve panel configuration. This optimization represents a reduction in costs and time in purchase and installation.

The LEEDS ISO sub-base assembly allows 4 purges simultaneously when the valves are actuated, avoiding any back pressure in the exhausts.

A compact panel is easier and more economical to transport and safer to install in the field.
